Therefore, our beds come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty (please see each bed for warranty parameters.) Offering such deep discounts however does not allow for refunds or exchanges. If there is a factory default, a warranty must be filed. We need to get approval from the manufacturer for a replacement to be authorized. If approved, then the exact or similar bed can be replaced.
Our team is here to help should there be any unforeseen factory defects with your mattress.
